| The Flower Mill Delivery Statement | |
We undertake to make any delivery to the following areas: Chingford,
Highams Park, Buckhurst Hill, Woodford and Walthamstow FREE OF CHARGE. We will endeavour to
make the delivery as near as it is practicably possible to the time requested. We reserve the
right to refuse any delivery if it is considered that reasonable notice has not been given prior
to the delivery time and date. Where deliveries are required outside those areas stated above, i.e. nationwide or global, we will use the "Teleflorist" network to action the order. We will REQUEST the delivery time to be as near as is practicably possible to the time requested but we cannot take responsibility for any late deliveries. We undertake to use only florists accepted by the Teleflorist organisation to carry out the order; however, we cannot accept responsibility for the condition/quality of the item supplied by the said florist. We will, however, undertake to persue any case where the customer feels that they have just cause for complaint on the said delivery by directly contacting the florist that serviced the contract and / or via the Teleflorist organisation. |

| Cancellation Policy | |
24 hours notice is required for Standard Bouquets/Plants. 48 hours notice is required for cancellation of Arrangements and all funeral tributes. |

| Refund Policy | |
Poor quality flowers must be refurned to the shop within 24 hours for a full refund of the order to be given. We will replace flowers if the recipient agrees, otherwise we will refund, via the senders card, the total cost of the flowers. |
